Is the initial consultation free?
Yes. The 15-minute discovery call is completely free with no commitment. We'll assess your situation, discuss what's possible, and give you an honest recommendation — even if that recommendation is "you don't need us." About 20% of initial enquiries, we redirect to simpler solutions.
Who will I speak to?
A senior enterprise architect with 20+ years of experience — the same person who will lead your project if you proceed. No salespeople, no account managers, no junior consultants doing discovery. You talk to the people who do the work.
How quickly can you start?
Most projects can begin within 1-2 weeks of signing. We maintain capacity for new engagements and don't overcommit. If we're at capacity, we'll tell you upfront and give you an honest start date rather than promising something we can't deliver.
Do you work with startups or only enterprises?
Both. Our sweet spot is organisations with 50-5000 employees, but we've worked with funded startups building their first product and Fortune 500 companies modernising legacy systems. The common thread is a real business problem that AI can solve — not a solution looking for a problem.
